THE SECRET SAUCE OF DIVERSITY

If I really believe in one human race, containing equally every human being, I might look around purposefully and intentionally. Invite people into my life who don’t look/think/act like me, don’t come from where I come from. They will challenge my assumptions and offer powerful new insights.

Facing the project of creating my image of RACE, I might invite a diverse group of people to work beside me, including those with diverse intellects, embracing diversity. We might take the smarter, not easier, way of proactive real conversations. To succeed in creating a better image dream-able from greater diversity.
